We currently cover Norway and we use posten, helthjem and postnord for our shipping. shipping times vary depending on customer location. Normally 3-5 working days is the expected time of delivery but it can be shorter or longer depending on holidays etc.

We use the latest technology in the market. Currently TMR, Tunnel Magnetoresistance, is the best out there and is state of the art for avoiding drift.
TMRs are more precise in action. They also use less power. Most importantly, because they are magnetically based, they won’t wear off as normal joysticks do. Other than that, they feel similar to the normal joysticks.
Under the hood, we use OEM PCBs and many other components from for example Dual Sense controllers.

All items are sold as shown in the images and they are all tested before shipping. Items sold via Finn.no have 24 hours of confirmation by the customer. Those that are sold directly via our shop have 14 days of sale.
Yes, you may return an opened product within 14 days as long as it has only been inspected and not used. The item must be in original condition and suitable for resale. Products that show signs of use beyond normal inspection may be subject to a deduction in refund or may not be eligible for return.
No. Our controllers are custom-assembled products. They are built using original Sony PS5 internal electronics sourced from tested donor controllers, combined with brand-new aftermarket shells and external components.
While the internal PCB originates from a previously owned controller, every unit is fully rebuilt, tested, and sold as a custom product, not as a refurbished or factory-new Sony controller.
The internal electronics (PCB and select internal components) come from original Sony PS5 controllers that were previously owned. These controllers are commonly referred to as donor controllers.
We use original Sony PCBs because they are high-quality, durable, and designed for long-term use. Before assembly, all electronic components are tested, inspected, and verified to be fully functional.
The reused electronic components are intended to have a long lifespan and perform identically to those found in brand-new original controllers. Every custom controller is carefully assembled and tested to ensure reliable performance.

Electronics themselves — PCBs, chips, joysticks — don’t pose a health risk if they’re clean and functional. They are solid-state and don’t emit harmful chemicals in normal use. Even if preowned, once properly cleaned and tested, they are generally safe to use.
We use organic cleaning material and follow a cleansing process prior to reusing the parts from donor controllers. Electronics follow a separate cleaning process that uses professional contact cleaning sprays.
If you have severe allergies or specific sensitivities, we ask that you inform us before placing your order. Upon request, we can assemble your controller using a newly purchased original Sony controller as the donor, rather than previously owned components. This option may provide additional peace of mind for customers with heightened allergy concerns. Please note that choosing this option will increase the final price, as it requires sourcing a brand-new original controller. Pricing will be communicated in advance before any work begins.
All of our custom controllers are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers all parts and workmanship under normal use conditions. If a defect related to assembly or components occurs within this period, we will repair or replace the affected parts at our discretion. If you experience an issue, please contact us with your order details and a description of the problem so we can assist you promptly.
The warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic damage
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or liquid exposure
Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by third parties
Because our controllers are custom-built, signs of tampering or disassembly may void the warranty.
Yes, absolutely. You may send in your own compatible controller for customization. Controllers with joystick drift are accepted, as the joysticks will be replaced during the customization process. Other core functions of the controller must be operational prior to customization. If additional faults are present, extra charges may apply and will be discussed in advance. Using your own controller will reduce the total price by €20 (approximately 250 NOK), as it removes the need for us to source a donor controller. The final price adjustment will be confirmed before work begins.
