Krass Gaming has received significant number of requests from customers who ask for repair of their existing controllers. This page has been dedicated to this customer segment. We recommend and use TMR joysticks for an anti-drift solution.
Please note and prepare the following information when raising repair requests.
Notes:
1. By default, our 1-year warranty does not apply to TMR joystick upgrades. We do this to keep the price as low as possible for our customers.
2. You can add the 1-year warranty for an extra 150 NOK. Please indicate your preference in the form.
Please note: We use the exact same high-quality joysticks and the same level of craftsmanship whether you choose to include the warranty or not.
3. There is no cancellation/refund, once the repair work is complete.
4. You need to pay for the shipments (to us and from us) yourself.
5. Repairs normally take 2-5 working days. Please also allow for 1-4 days for shipping.
Prices below exclude 1-year warranty. 1-year warranty costs 150 NOK expensive. Please indicate in the form whether you wish to include or exclude warranty.
